The SPX20 from LA Audio is a rack mountable source selector designed to increase the number of inputs and monitoring options on a mixing console, great for dubbing, background music applications, and more. The unit has six stereo inputs that consist of an XLR input, two 1/4' TRS inputs, and three RCA phono inputs. Each input channel has its own screwdriver level adjustment, with the exception of the first input, which has a rotary knob for easier adjustments. Input one also has a parallel input on the front panel for quick connection and disconnection of an instrumentTwo 1/4' TRS outputs are available on the rear panel, each with it's own level control on the front panel.
There is also a balance control for the outputs. Any combination of input signals can be sent to the outputs via momentary switches. These switches are CMOS controlled for silent operation. A master output dim button provides 20dB of volume adjustment, and a mono switch allows you to use monaural sources. A 1/4' TRS headphone output with its own level control is available on the front panel for convenient monitoring.
